How do I sign up?
Download the Daylo app and tap 'Create Account'. Enter your name, email, and password, then select your school, sport, and GHSA classification. Verify your email, and your account will be submitted for approval.
Why is my account 'pending approval'?
We manually verify every coach signup to prevent impersonation, spam, and harassment of real coaches. This process typically takes under 24 hours. Once approved, you'll have full access to browse coaches, post availability, and schedule games.
How do I add my school if it's not listed?
Contact us at kevin@daylocoaching.com with your school name, city, and state. We'll add it to our database within 1-2 business days.
How do I post my availability?
Once approved, tap the Availability tab, select a date, choose your home/away preference, and optionally add a venue. Other coaches can then find and request games with you.
How do I send or accept a game request?
Browse another coach's school page to see their availability slots. Tap a slot to request a game. To accept, go to your Requests tab and tap Accept on any pending request. You can also propose a different venue when accepting.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your profile, availability, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
I'm not getting notifications — what should I check?
Ensure push notifications are enabled in your device settings for the Daylo app. On iOS, go to Settings → Notifications → Daylo. Also check that your notification preferences are enabled in the app's Profile settings.
How do I report another user or a problem?
In any conversation, press and hold on a message from another user to reveal reporting options. You can report for harassment, spam, inappropriate content, impersonation, or other concerns. For other issues, use the contact form below or email us directly at kevin@daylocoaching.com.
